ZX12 sump questions

We are finaly coming to a solution for our bling sump, we are getting it machined but there is still the question over what is what is being pointed at in the photo.

Its an oil plug, but the bling sump doesn't have what the original sump has which is a peg on the sump holding it in, will the oil pressure of the engine push it out? what is the oil pressure of this engine and what is the sumps oil capacity, and what type of oil is needed? syth or real stuff!

Thanks
Macspeedy

Maybe a screw-in plug to replace the push-fit one that used to get held in?
