Remap the stock ECU and then reflash it back after the test
Lots of info on that site, I built the interface and have successfully flashed my ECU

It's very interesting, you keep the stock Ecu and change the functions ?

Yes that's it basically no need for power commanders etc.
I would register on there and get their advice they have some very knowledgeable people on there.

why not put a physical stop on the throttle pedal so you cant press the pedal further? simple bolt with a locking nut will do. makes it adjustable and
removable. wind it closer to the pedal to stop you putting your foot down - back away gives you more pedal - simplzzzzz

Why not source some of the autograss Busa users, if losing first gear is relevant they will be doing it, and know how for washers.

During the test the controler open the air box to see if the admission is totaly open , so it's not possible, in the past they don't open
the air box....
I's can be interesting to have come back about the user of megabusa who have repaired the first speed....

So the test is done without an airbox? or u must use a standard airbox? surely its possible (and easier) to spend time and ennergy on a standard
looking enhanced airbox!?

During the test there is an air box, i have finish the transformation of the hayabusa air box with the help of Cosmick....
The controler just defuse the air box before the tests to see if everything is ok ....
I have discuss with the man who succeed the tests with a megabusa.
He limit the rpm at 6000
Big air box
insulate everywhere (bonnet, side, under...)
1 exhaust in the side one other under the car.
The results are 82 db and the limit is 77 db.....
But after 3 essays , he have a "gift" and he pass the tests in the 3 speed instead of the 2.....so he win the 5 db.....
Sorry if i am not clear with my english.....
That is the reason why i think it's necessary to delete the first speed but if somebody can find an other solution i will be very happy and he
has a nice gift for chrismas.....

veld,
I am still looking into blocking 1st gear for you and I will be looking at an engine this weekend. Please be patient and I might have a solution.
cosmick
If it can't be fixed with a hammer then its probably an electrical problem.
