Busa FI light
OK, had the FI light alight and have traced the fault code to the tank sender. I think I've fixed but the light is still on. Do I need to reset
it? If so, how?
Ta!

Have you got the mode switch? There should be a plug on the loom and when switched it tells you in code what sensor is buggered.

Havent got the switch from Suzuki, I made one. So I definatly know its a tank sender problem, just not exactly sure as to what the problem is! Could
be a bad -ve contact, or it could be that the sender is not calibrated correctly. Ill throw a meter over it tomorrow.

Strange that, the plug on the bike loom that's normally connected to the fuel pump which also did the level gauge is just tied up behind the
dash dash.
I've used the switched live for my pump (rover in-tank type) going through a inertia safety switch.

Fault code only shows if you jump the terminals, or close the switch. And youll only get a fault code if the FI light is on.
Im sue its the sender, so Ill persue!
