It just so happens i have been dicking about with these in the garage all day today.

Accelerator I have a univeral cable with a nipple pre soldered on the end (TB end) and i have attached the other end with a screw nipple to a bracket lick the one below

Clutch i have an MNR cable (thick 4mm) which i managed to break the threaded end off so i have just the same bracket/nipple/rosejoint combo i used for the accelerator pics of the cluch install below

Bracket trial fit on cable:

Clutchcablebracketoncable
Clutchcablebracketoncable

Bracket fit to pedal:

Clutchcablebracketonpedal
Clutchcablebracketonpedal

Please ignore the throttle cable in this picture as it is not the actual fit

Same as coozer for me.

I used the standard ST1100 cable so the carb end was easy I stripped the other end to reveal the cable, drilled a hole through the end of the throttle pedal and put the wire through. I used a grommet either side of the pedal to keep the wire from shifting. Coozer shows just one but on the ST carb there's a bit of backlash so you need two grommets (you'll soon discover if you do if you go down this path). For grommets I used the metal inner bits of chocolate block connectors. Cheap and easily available....
