Pre SVA pics.......

Well Ive run out of time as its on Tuesday. Had tomorrow pencilled in for a day off but have got to work now, (self employment is great!!!).

There are a few issues that I'm sure will crop up, emmissions being one, but at least I get another 6 months to sort it!!!

If its broke, fix it. If it aint broke, take it apart and find out how it works!

LOOKS AWESOME!

you need to put side repeaters on the side of the scuttle ideally.

Side repeaters on the mirrors won't pass the angles of visability tast.

Looks very nice though.

I think you might need to ditch the bottle of threadlock between the master cylinders, Other than that it looks nice.

Wicked wheels btw.

Are your rear wings on the right way round? mine have the angled bit at the front and the straight bit at the back.

I was also ailed as my rear lights mounted onthe wings were not deemed to be facing backwards as they weren't vertical, inspectors vary on interpretation of this.

Good luck

Reflectors are in the passenger seat at the moment!

Thread lock left as a clue for SVA man!! (not!) Wheels were becoming a little common in Dax circles after I bought em so I bought some bike wheel vinyl trim to stamp a little originality!!

Rear wings will only fit one way so yup! They're on the right way. Re veticality I thought that only pertained to the fog light??? If not then that'll be another issue to fix!

Need to fit some side repeaters peeps, unsure as to where to put them. Can I fit them low on the scuttle sides??

Min height is 350mm. They have to be visible from the rear and to the side. Standing in line with the side of the car at the back move out 5' and they have to be visable untill you're 60' out.

apart from the headlights, that is one NICE looking car.

Congratulations, love the detailing. On question - will you be able to see anything out of the side mirrors with the roll cage being there?

Those lights are a dax trade mark what makes the car so distinctive,

still probably not the most aero dynamic of lights,

got them on my dax also, but may change them for the small dominator headlights we will see,

still car looks the dogs danglies in my book nice build

good luck again

Best of luck for tomorrow and if you don't pass with that car then the rest of us have no chance!

Just one thing though, do you think the regulator will be ok mounted on carbon (no heatsink) with no airflow?
