Back axle
Hi , newbie here.
I have been looking for a while and decided it was about time to join in.
My question is has anyone used a bike engine with a live axle on here.
I am part way through building a book locost and am thinking of going over to the dark side(as some would say) of the bec world.
OK I have already done a deal for a cbr 929 ,seamed a good choise and it seamed a good price.
Am I asking for trouble keeping a live axle /
Thanks Tony

i put a bike engine in my locost that had a live axle. No problems at all, i dont think the engine affects axle choice beyond diff ratio.

Don't worry about it - nothing wrong with a live axle at all. Many people prefer them.
