Lambda1 is 14.7:1 fuel/air ratio. Higher than 1 is weak lower than 1 is rich.

You need to richen it up. Just the 0/2% throttle bits of the map at 2250-3250 (+/-250 of the required test revs). The cat will control the CO, though the HC might rise a bit.

Make sure you've not air leaks on the exhaust. That would also give high Lambda. Seal with clear silicone.

joe paul says you need to get lamda down to 0.209 and also said its a bit of a juggleing job if you make it richer it mite bring it down but the co mite go up so its a bit of playing about mate but if you have a wide band kit it would help you sort it out

"wont the silicone met/burn, if ive got some leaks. "

Nope!! But clear is better as the black dye is effected by the heat (but still genarally ok).

That map look familiar

You arent that far out. With your lap top connected and with fast idle is the TPS at close to 2%?

If so reduce the negative adjustment value at 2000/2500 eg to -10 or -11. This will reduce the leaning out.

Cheers

Jim
