BEC... now a bit high !

Took the X-flow out my Westfield and in the process of fitting an R1.

The front end is now too high, the existing SPAX now need to be replaced.

What shock/spring settup do i need?

Maybe just lowering the spring seats, or softer springs will do the job. Take about 20% off the spring rate of what you currently have if you feel the car is too stiff. Many dont bother changing the springs anyway.

What shocks do you currently have??

you probably just need to replace the spring with a lower rate to compensate for the added lightness.
