Engine backfiring

Hi all,

I seem to have developed a fault,I struggle to get my car to start,When it does it starts to backfire and cough back through the carbs,Previous to this the car was running great,I have checked cam timing,it is perfect,I have changed the plugs,The engine has a dyna 2000 ignition module fitted,I have checked the pickups etc and everything appears to be doing what it should.I tested the coil packs for resistance and they are also fine,As it stands now I have no idea where to go next,The only other thing I can think of is the actual Dyna 2000 is faulty.

I got the car to start once this evening and it was running perfect but when I switched it off and tried again it done the above??

Any help would be much appreciated as I'm toiling now.

The Engine is a Kawasaki ZZR1100

take one of the float bowls off and check it for crap, if theres any crap in there clean then all, generaly it's something simple, either no spark or no fuel
crap in fuel line for some strange reason seems to be happening more often with people using supermarkets
