zx10 clutch,is it slipping

with only two days driving my car can you tell me if when i put the foot flat down with 2 up front the rev counter seems to fly then settles.
is my clutch slipping or wheel spinning.

It it accompanied by a squirrelly rear end or copious amounts of smoke?

Yep you got clutch slip. Mine did it as the cable would slightly stick on the tubing. You'll find it feels ok under normal circumstances but at higher rev's it'll shoot up without a whole lot of acceleration. Numerous things it could be all simple. Does it only do it 2up?

Make sure the clutch cable has a couple of mm slack when at rest,this is a mistake I and my clutch was slipping as I had adjusted too much slack out of the cable,as soon as I adjusted it as per manufacturers settings the slip dissappered.
