has any one had any experience of these speedo tuners?

The text is too small on the auction I can't read it!!! 
I've used a yellow box and a speedo healer but not heard of this one before.
That said I think my speedo healer might be playing up (loosing speed signal). Its either that or the speed sensor but everytime I've tested
that it seems to have been ok.

Speedo Healer - tried and tested. Never heard of this new fangled gadgetry....
