repacking R1 carbon silencer

Silly question I know but just picked up an R1 carbon can nice and cheap, which end cap do I remove to repack it

Its a baffled silencer so not repackable as such.

I'll post you a picture later.
The end caps are decorative only. Once off the end aof the can are folded shut like a baked bean can
I have one with the cap's off as we speak, i' let you know whoch end would be best. Having said that theyre cheap enough so is it worth it?

......stripped out, but not repacked. I've simply removed the tubes that join the baffles to effectively make one large chamber instead of the three interconnected smaller ones in the standard box.

This makes it a bit too loud (for my taste) for normal road use, but ok for Lydden trackdays.......
