Coolant T piece needed

Hi folks

I've been searching about trying to find a T piece to pumb an expansion tank onto a blade. Anyone know where I can get a 25/25/16 mm one ideally in ally but anything so long as its suitable for cooling system.

Cheers

Jim

Hi Jim

Good to hear from you, hows the car???

Anyway - I got mine made up by Chris G's uncle John cos I needed 1 inch to 8mm. The only place I can think of is Cliffords in Brighton on 01273 670000.

Hi Jasper,

Been a while, cars in bits for a refresh :-

Replace SVA dash
3.38 LSD built to up top speed
Reinforcing the bonnet as it kept try to open at 130 at Donington
Powder coat wheels and new Kumhos(hope they are as good as the colways)
Building electric reverser
Modify pedals (to suit me being a short arse with big feet)
Boot box
Then have got to get my trailer welded

list goes on....

How's yours ?

have you done your SVA yet?

Next time you are in the area drop in for a beer / tea / tyre kick.

Chris you out there, any chance of your uncle's number?

Cheers

Jim

You have been a busy man! Wish I could say the same - mystery virus kept me out of the garage for 3 months. SVA should be in about 4 weeks - same time I'm meant to be moving house - to one with a garage and workshop - yeeehah!

Just need to get my exhaust manifold modified for the 'loan' CAT and stick a few more nut covers on.

BTW - If it's not a major weld job do you want me to bring my mig up for a visit??? Just cost you a can of gas!

Thanks for the offer but the trailer is probably going to be quite a big job as it needs new ramps and deck. Got my friendly mobile welder visiting me on Friday to quote me.

I love my garage / workshop when it isnt getting invaded with bicycles, prams, garden furniture etc

Good luck for SVA

No worries Jim, I'll give you a shout soon for a meet-up. You should try to come on the monthly meet to Newlands Corner, I meet up with a couple of chaps in Horsham and go up via the lovely backroads. Next one first Sunday in April.
