Kawasaki age
My engine is apparently 2004 ZZR1200. I have the engine number . Been onto Kawasaki dealers who say that the details of bikes are on the frame
number. not the engine number. When I had a Honda engine I got Honda in Japan to confirm the age.
The other fly in the ointment is that it is from Holland and therefore not in the manuals.
On Kawasaki web site for Japan I cant see how I can email them
Any Ideas????
Engine originally came via MK and Martin doesnt have the details any more.

I sent a letter to the UK technical centre with the engine number as that was all I had and got a nice letter back with the year of manufacture.
Sorry but cant remember the address but you can try this from the esite:
For all other enquiries please contact Kawasaki UK on 01628 856750 or email customerservices@kawasaki.co.uk

Hello,
take contact directly with Kawasaki UK.
They are able to give you any data you require just from the engine number.

My local Kwak dealer found all the details from all of my engines from the engine number alone. Inc date of first reg, colour of bodywork and all the
spare parts numbers.
Text or U2U me the engine number and I'll ask them next time I call in.
