zx10r Turbo update
Hi all
just a quick update
turbo kit and engine installed all running now just some minor mods needed to do before i can drive on the road,
also fitting the 3.14 lsd this weekend so should make it more drivable?
sounds great and i hope will deliver upto my expectations?
still cant wait for the first drive but will have to run it in for 500 miles before i can really open the taps, that will be Hard to resist
some pics attached to give you an idea how its comming together,
Cheers

Hi thanks
The intercooler is a cosworth 4x4 but modified to 600mm to fit in the nose cone area,
I will be also addding a carbon scoop to the nose cone to aid the air through it,
Thanks again

Who made your inlet? Just had a look at it in your photo archive.
That will blow up like a baloon with a bit of pressure in it. Its a really poor shape. What thickness/grade sheet have they used? Looks like 2mm or
less.

hi all
this was my post on my car with no issues so if you want to go slating someone do it else where,
I think its damm rude to high jack a post,
i am sorry you have issues paul but perhaps take it up with malc if you havent already,
from experience i have had good and bad service from many suppliers during the 10+ years of doing kit cars so i guess you can only go with who you
trust or from own experience,
Im sure there are many with the same experiences also with other bec turbo companies i have had this but dealt with it myself and was a very well
known company i will never use again but thats my deccission,
i wish you luck with resolving the issue but please continue your rant on the linked thread
Thanks
sean
