Where to start??
I've got the fisher fury home as per my 'newbie' post.
Sold the zx9r engine and got a zx12r lump. Been looking around to see what I need to do to get the car to IVA spec....
Obviously I need a CE approved fuel tank/reverse box/props/engine mounting etc.
I was thinking the best order to do things would be,
1) get the 12 engine mounted and all the drive train
working
2) get all the engine controls sorted(throttle/clutch/gear change)
3) wire in all the electrical side of things
4)finish putting pannels on the chassis
5)bleed brakes etc(all new system already fitted)
6)bodywork
7)IVA sometime in 2050?
Would other experienced builders consider this to be the best way to go?

Judging by my build, I think IVA in 2050 is a bit optimistic.
Tell them about the bent treacle edges!

You only need a CE tank if it is plastic. If it is metal, then no approval needed as long as it doesn't leak.
