Safe busa coolant temperature

One some circuits with very long straights, my car occasionally hits 100-101C of coolant temperature. The most I have seen on typical circuits is mid 90's but circuits like Snetterton and the Nurburgring will often go higher.

The workshop manual says that the Busa cooling fan on the standard bike doesn't even kick in until around 105C, but I thought I'd see if anyone else had other ideas of if this was too high or not?

101 is ok, I wouldn't want to see it unless the engine was working reasonably hard:

This was on the 3km flat-out hill climb on the Nurburgring from Exmuhle to The Karussell.

The car is flat out up a steep hill in 5th gear for 3km with a couple of slight lifts for corners, so it was working pretty hard.
