GSXR1100 clutch
The clutch release cylinder on my gixer 1100 engine is very close to the output shaft, meaning that if I were to put a propshaft adaptor on I would
not be able to put the clutch release cylinder back on. Does anyone know if you can get a propshaft adaptor that is 4" or less in diameter as
this would solve the problem?

I thought most prop adaptors were <4"
My Stuart Taylor one is 87.5mm max o/d, 61.5mm min o/d on the spline.
Cheers

Thanks, they are smaller than the diff flange then, as that measures 4 1/2". You have filled me with confidence again. Was looking at changing
the engine for a ZZ-R1100 engine, but now i think I will stick with it, for the time being.

P.S What is the diameter of the propshaft at the adptor end. The Actual Propshat and thr flange.

As you can seen in my pic above my bailey morris UJ flange is 87.5mm / 3.5" same size as the prop adaptor.
Are you making your own prop?

No I am probably not making my own. I will probably buy one from Stuart Taylor or MK.

Our flange too is almost the same... not too clear but you can see it!
Hope this helps!
