paddleshifts - again
Just thing of the winter mods, and contemplating a paddleshift system for the car.
I have most of the parts, but where can I get a collar that fits over the steering column from? Ie the bit that the actual paddle pivots around. - I
already have the paddles themeselves.
Ps I do not have access to fabrication facilities.
cheers
Craig

i used a triumph sprint st handle bar .remove the bar and your just left with the clamp , tap 2,8mm holes in it top and bottom for your rose joints
,, turn down the steering stem and the handle bar fits over it and clamps tight

I have the complete collar that fits over a Sierra column, from the AB paddle kit. It's basically a tube, two slits to adjust, and two oilite
bushes TIG'd top and bottom taking M6 bolts to which the paddle set was simply bolted.
Unused, unabused. I fabricated my own for the much smaller Westfield column.
If this sounds like what you need, I'm happy to send a jpeg over to confirm.
