Hi,

Yes as has been mentioned I'd need something to work off as I've not done one to date.

Either a gasket in the post or a head as beaver has offered (thanks mate).
Gaskets are usually ok but I usually reduce the ports by a couple of mm as the gaskets are often oversize (a step down is better than a step up - that way you can 'match' the manifold to the head if desired.
