R1 Thermostat inlet pipe leak

Hi All,

Went over the r1 today,

Notice one of my thermostat inlet pipes had leaked and filled the top of the cycliner head moulding with coolant (about 2 cm deep)

look as if the pipe work is leaking between where it joins the block. looks like an O ring needs replacing.

Question is, where from???

also, anything I shoud be careful of? Looks liek the stat pipes (X2) just have one bolt intot he block and thats it.

drain water, undo bolt & pull pipe out. New sealing washers are availble at Yamaha dealers. I replaced mine in minutes.
