R1 coolant
What is the recommended type of coolant to put in my R1 and at what percentage.

OAT 5year coolant will be fine, anywhere between a 33% and 50% concentration will be fine for the UK climate.
If you live in a hard water area buy pre-mixed otherwise mix it yourself.
I tend to buy Havoline OAT concentrate from Morrisions becuse I don't use much, but the Halfords HOAT stuff is well regarded as is the GM
stuff sold by Vauxhall agents.
