busa first crank no problems

Hi all
New member to this forum but have been lurking for a bit.
I have just got home after running the engine for the first time, and have to say I followed everyones advice on this forum and all went well.
After getting oil pressure up I turned the ign' and fuel pump on then pressed start and it only did one revolution fired and ran!!!!!
So a big thankyou to davegts? dilley? who asked loads of questions and cosmic? (and others)with the all the answers.
Also Mark (you know who you are) and Malc (Yorkshire engines who supplied the engine).
Very happy with results.
Thanks
JG

Love it when a plan comes together, especially when its the first time run. Makes you feel all warm inside.

If it can't be fixed with a hammer then its probably an electrical problem.

What have you done with your old engine? I am using CBR 1000FH and could use a spare engine, just in case.

I'm keeping it for a second car, but you'll not need a second engine they're bullit proof, Ive done seven seasons no problems.
If you want to know any info I have found Iwill be happy to tell you.
