Carb problem

The car has been fired up a few times now and it seemed to be running fine.
Untill I took the tank off again to do some work and modify the airbox, when i went to fire it up again the other day I ended up with fuel pissing out the carb vent :S

1+2 are the vents which are conected the the little placcy box (3), fuel ended up comming out of the pipe (4) that is normaly conected to the airbox.
Is it likely to be a stuck float or something? it seems a bit dodgy to vent fuel into a hollow plastic box full of holes that's bolted to the engine

You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.
