Bike Engine in solid axle Westie
I have a friend who is considering converting a crossflow Westie to bike power but is balking at Westfield's prices for the conversion parts,
anyone know of a more Locost way of achieving this ??
Thanks all
Simon

The best bet is to get someone like me in your area to do the work. A frame will be needed for mounting the engine, prop will need to be made with
centre bearing, exhaust, prop adapter, cooling will all need sorting as well as a reverse system if you want one! There will be other bits and bobs
like fuel pumps, speedometer, rev counter etc. to sort out as well no doubt.
What engine does he want to use and where is the car?
