919 blade advice

I have got to strip and rebuild the gearbox on my 919 blade.
Is it a total engine strip or can you just strip the bottom end and split the crank case?

you can split the crank case.. i am doing mine at the minute swapping a box over into another engine.

You "just" split the crankcase.
Only the selectors can be removed (fiddly) without
