exhaust gaskets - copper or aluminium fibre?

Having removed the engine last week, I am starting to put it all back together again and one of the issues is the exhuast headers.

I need to replace the gaskets on them, but it would appear that I can get either copper washers or aluminium fibre washers for the headers - same price for each - so what is the difference and why would you by one over the other?

Cheers
Craig

John, that is very kind, but to be honest I was just trying to understand what the differences were in the two options. Is one better sealing, is one more re-usable, sloppy second choice etc etc.

Cheers
