Engine Bulkhead

Took to the garage today, and started the main bulkhead. The engine sits slightly forward of the main hoop centreline, which means I have to step the bulkhead away from the cage. The bit of sheet in there is just for checking clearances.

Made a few brackets and tacked them on. This takes the top edge of the bulkhead support as close as I want to take it to the cylinder head.

1)Reckon I can get a manifold in there (thoughts?)

2)The bulkhead sheet I plan to have in 2 halfs, reasonable access to the engine with the seat out etc (thoughts?)

3) Whats the advice on the 2 seat belt braces, what size tube/section ?

4) Kirkeys - Complete twat getting in and out, chest wings remove elbow skin when pretendy driving - Considering a change of seat style ??

5)Will one sheet of stainless with dynamat/heat shield be sufficient, or do yous recommend double skinning if possible?

Sorry for all the questions, but thank you for the replies..
