Wanted: Focus 1.6 Zetec power steering pump
Hello all
Has anyone got a Focus 1.6 Zetec power steering pump for sale ?
I need to fit one to a mates car - his has just gone Kaput and leaked everywhere.
I'm going to Stoneleigh tomorrow If that helps.

What year focus?? if its the face lift model 2004 onwards more like its leaking from the union rather than the pump its self ,fords have mod pas pipes
for this and they are not nice to do either (if that the prob don't over tighten the pump union or you will be back where you started)

Just looked. Kept the alternator fuel rail, starter but must have chucked the pump .Sorry.

I though there might be few kicking around with the popularity
of the Zetec installation.

I have one off a St170, probably the same as a normal 2L job. How different are they anyone?

Can you put up a photo of the bit you're looking for? I've got a pile of Zetec SE pumps and bits (1.25, 1.6 and 1.7) that I could try and
have a root through for you...

P/S Pump
Hi , I have a p/s pump off a 1.6 zetec s fiesta (sigma engine) if that is the same , engine came out of a 2000 car if that helps , pm me if you need
any more info , £15 posted if any good to you .

Sorry for the delay in responding I've been waiting for my mate to get back to me.
He still needs one are there any still on offer ?
Also what power steering fluid does Ford use - is it the normal cherry red ATF fluid ?

P/S PUMP
Hi , Just removed mine at the weekend as engine now being fitted to car , there is a lot of endfloat and I would not be happy to supply it to anyone ,
I've chucked it to be on the safe side , if you have no luck we are due to fit a s/h engine to a focus 1.6 se at work this week , do you want me
to see if I can get one ? , u2u me if yes. Regards Julian
