R1 5vy cooling
Can anyone help with the pluming on a 5vy r1
This is what I've come up with
Polo rad, out of bottom to water pump on sprocket side
Top of rad to thermostat housing with all top pipes as r1
Oil cooler to top hose to top of rad
Out of throttle bodes to small connection under sprocket with a tee from this pipe to the header tank
header tank back to top of rad

waterworks
Hi
Have a look at our waterworks sketch in our archive.
It works great , did not connect cooling to the throttle bodies on ours
Never had a problem overheating, if anything runs a bit cool, even thrashing it round the track.
