Air/fuel mixture at cruise.
Finally getting all the niggles sorted, had the best drive today since February.
Except....
At 50-60mph (and above I assume) in sixth gear, it doesnt like it.
If I squeeze the throttle the problems even worse, its fine with higher revs.
What are peoples thoughts?
Too much fuel?
Air?
Jet kit required?
Or is it tough?

As I see it you have 3 options:
Lambda probe (even a narrowband would get you started, but wideband would be better)
Rolling road
Trial and error (raise the needles a notch to richen it and see if it gets better or worse)

If you go trial and error (as I would expect from any proper locoster) then this guide is pretty serious.

I had the same problem when i was trying to get mine to accelarate, I ended up drilling the main jet up in increment, This corrected the issue.
