Ford x flow spark plugs
Hi all
Which spark plugs would be best recommended for a 1600 x flow??

Work-in-Progress: Changed to Zetec + T9. Still trying!!

Are you using megasquirt or equivelent?
For old skool distributer I reckon BP6ES (ie no resistor)

Old skool dizzy - electronic ignition (no points) - looks like the 6ES it is then.

I have the 7ES ones in mine not the 6. On the rolling road he advised I went up to this as I was running a tuned engine compared to the standard. And
so far one set has lasted ages and still look clean. Where as when I was running the 6's I had to change them alot
(BCF2 cam, bored +90 and Aldon ignitor ignition)
