GSXR 1000..... is a sump baffle enough?
Currently building an MK Indy with GSXR 1000 K1 engine and am wondering whether just adding a sump baffle will be enough for road + track day use or
do I need to take other measures to reduce risk of oil starvation?
Can anyone direct me to a decent sump baffle?
Cheers!

Should do the job.
Suzuki GSXR-1000 Sump Baffle Kit New
You can always dry sump it which makes it better but i have been told a baffle kit would help reduce the risk hugely.

I was hoping not to have to dry sump it due to the cost.
How much would an accusump set up cost for all the parts needed?
Are any of the swinging pick ups any good?

When these were first used I think there were some failures in RGB racing series, but that is fairly extreme usage.
Some information here.

Accusump is around £350 if you get it from the US, more if you buy in the UK.

The swinging pickup that guy sells on the link above works I have helped a guy in Lincoln fit one. Still worry it might not work forever.
I've seen people baffle the sumps with steel plate with lots n lots of holes in it but I'm not sure on the long term results. I've
done that with my zzr1100 which has the zx9r sump so it works.

You should over fill the oil aswell.
Second hand accusumps come up on ebay every now and then. I have one fitted and its faultless to date.
Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

I've got a GSXR1000 with a baffle from these: Extreme Engines Link
I run the oil so the glass is full with the engine running, it's sweet as a nut to be fair.

I have ran my k2 for a number of years with a baffle plate doing both road and track and never had any problems

Cheers for that! Baffle plate ordered, £1 cheaper than their eBay shop too
