Where can I get new Haynes roadster fibreglass body parts?
Can anyone help. I'm looking for nose cone, bonnet, scuttle and wheel arches all finished and painted for my Haynes roadster build. Any
suggestions for best suppliers and any useful advice about choosing body panels would be welcome.
thanks

Most if not all current body work suppliers only do their parts in coloured gel coat so does not really require painting, how ever if you want a
perfect colour match then key the surface with scotch bright then use etch primer, colour coat and then clear.
In no particular order current suppliers list is
AGM find them in CKC mag or http://www.agmsportscars.co.uk
Andy H formerly of Saturn as found on haynes forum
Equinox on haynes forum http://www.equinoxproducts.co.uk
Me in about a months time when I've got the shut lines and moulds 100%

Why do I have to make the tools to finish the job? More time then money.

That body work as made by low7man is for the book 'locost' not the Haynes 'Roadster' it will not fit unless you cut and shut
it.

www.equinoxproducts.co.uk I've got their bodywork and its top notch. Gilham is Saturn bodywork and tbh is a bit flimsy.

I'd recommend Alan at AGM sportscars 01226 700373
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

I bought my bodywork from Equinox and it seems like excellent quality (not that i've ever bought fibreglass bodywork before)... It was a good
price at the time too - £695 for a full (10 piece) set.
