New clutch in! Run out and an oil leak. :-(
Well, after having a few bits missing last week and putting it off, but finally got around to an oil/filter change and the new clutch. While the
sump was empty, I decided to change the gear change shaft oil seal as it was weeping a little. All seemed to go well.
Got it all back together, filled her with fresh oil. Started it up. Moved it using the clutch a few feet and all seemed great. Topped the oil up
(to make up for the oil filter volume), donned my driving shoes and off I went. All seemed fine lines, oil pressure good, clutch good. Yipeeeeee!
Got home and pulled on the drive. Popped bonnet and had a quick check around for leaks and it's leaking from the new gear change shaft oil
seal. Gggrrrrrrr. Looks like it's back on the axle stands in the week.
Rant over!!
