Budget electric reverse

I,m starting a new topic on my budget electric reverse.

Costs so far are £61, I will need to add a switch and some wire to connect it all but so am hopeful to get away with £70 in total.

The plan is to fit a cog to the outside of the lobro joint on my sierra diff, solidly mount a winch motor above this and run a spur gear to connect everything up.

Parts purchased then are basic 250 kg winch, eBay £30
Myford gears from RDGtools
- lobro joint 1x95 tooth
- Winch 1 x 72 tooth
- Spur gear 1 x 22 tooth
As this proceeds I will post updates, it will be a little heavier than other people's ones due to the weight of the winch 4.8kg so all up 6kg.

It should work out at around 2 - 3mph if my maths work out and be powerful enough to pull up slopes with ease.

Regards Mark
