Hayabusa slave cylinder identification

I have this in my Megabusa as a slave cylinder:

Hayabusa clutch
Hayabusa clutch


It leaks therefore I need either a replacement or a set of seals.

Can you identify it?

That I believe is a Hewland slave cylinder.
Please check my photo archive and see if you agree, I mounted mine onto a GSXR750, the only cylinder that would clear the prop adapter.
