Fireblade stalling and cutting out pulling away

Hi folks, have a fireblade 1997 with carbs in Indy. Self regulating pump, nothing fancy. Plugs new. Engine starts fine, runs up to temp, fan cuts in and cools well.

Even when up to temp, it will stall at junction. I can start again, then as soon as the clutch bites and car physically moves it cuts out. Fires straight back up again and can happen a few times. Leave it few mins and fine.

I am currently working my way through wiring loom as I honestly believe the ignition is cutting out rather than air or fuel issue. I still have the side stand switch and planning on bridging this out since there are a few joins etc.

Only other thing of relevance is neutral light flickers sometimes and know the neutral switch and side stand in series for ignition.

Not sure if I'm talking myself into ignition issue but any help appreciated.

Cheers
