Ooo, was thinking of the midlana when I saw the post, when you starting yours, and, how you going to mod the nose cone to the right width?

I am part way through a house move at the moment.
So to answer your question I am collecting parts now and want to start the chassis in the spring.
I wasn't looking for a nose cone, just in the right place at the right time and got two.
The nose I have got is really nice. was told it could be Caterham csr and is already wider than a locost.
I will modify it the same as any one does for a 442 by cutting it down the middle and adding a strip. I could then use it as a buck.
I have all four hubs.
Engine wise I have a standard 2.0 Duratec and will have a Turbo charged 2.0 zetec.
That's a bout it for now...........
You ? It would be nice to have the first roadworthy one at Stoneleigh.

Hi mate!
I'm interested for the nose cone because i did the 442 chassis and i have the same issue.
The problem is that i'm in Greece so the only way for me is to send courier.
I saw that you don't accept courier. If the problem is the collection time i can arrange the collection exactly the time that you are able to do
it.
If you want to do it just send me the dimensions and i will arrange the postage.
Thanks in advance!
Dimitris

Over here if you book a courier you have to be available for them to collect it between 8am and 7pm. I am at work all day from 6 up until 6 and I am
basically on call for Saturdays.
If you or some one on your behalf wants to collect it after 6pm one night or any time Sunday your welcome to it but there not the hours of any courier
service I've come across.
Best I can provide for wrapping is some cling film. Sucks I know, I have the same arse ach getting something delivered.
There is a free twin axle trailer going begging on here and that's hundreds of miles away from me and that sucks as well.
