Clutch arm

Currently doing a Bec conversion and while fitting the clutch cable I acidently pulled out the cluch arm. I've put it back in but I can't remember how much movement I should have ? It's a zx9r f engine

Whenever I have had mine out, i just slipped it back in with a wiggle and a twist, usually it inserts when rotated anticlockwise about 1/4 turn from where it sits at norman operation. Only ever had it go back in the correct way.

Yes it is designed to be able to be pulled out pretty easily, but in normal clutch operation it shouldn't be coming out
