Finally!!!!!!!
Hi all,
After months of planning,
Picked up the chassis, race cage and lots of other bits yesterday form STM.
Lashed it to the top of my company car (toyota avensis) and had to use the wifes car for work today as the avensis is still on the drive with the
chassis and cage sitting on top of it!
Need some brawn so having a family gathering tonight for the footy and hopefully will get the lot lifted off the roof and stashed in the garage ready
to fit the floor thursday night.
Wished i hired a van now !
Regards
Sting

Good luck mate, hope it goes well.
Are you using cable or rod gear change? Reason for asking is I've been fitting a cable system this morning from demon twats, and it's a lovely piece
of kit.

Jasper, what was the price of the kit from DT and what do you get for your cash. I was considering adapting a cable change from a MR2 but if the price
is right I could change my mind.

It's not cheap £50 incl delivery and vat, but it a lovely piece of kit. 48in long, eye joint at one end, threaded rod at the other, with flexible
joints about 3in back from the end of the outer casing. Fits perfectly too, originally designed for Nascars apparently. I'll have fitted it,
including making up a gear lever in under 3 hours so its fairly easy.
