Engine stand for bike engine

Anyone recommend a reasonably priced engine stand for a bike engine?

I've seen some from Clarke and SGS engineering but they're aimed more at car engines.

Could probably adapt one of these but wondered if there was anything actually available?

Cheers

I just lifted mine on to a workbench. With a car engine the weight prevents easy moving, so an engine stand makes sense. For a bike engine, it can be moved around much easier. I was able to strip one right down to the gearbox just by working on a bench.

Make a small frame of wood to sit round the sump and support it better.

Thanks. The sump has to come off as I'm putting a billet one on so would just be easier to spin around but I could just man handle it around I suppose.

Oops. I thought I had put my location in my profile.

I'm on the South Coast near Fareham so it's a fair way from yourself.

May be going down to Falmouth later on in the year though so will bear it in mind. Thanks for your kind offer.
