That’s the funniest thing I have seen today 
So it’s half a Home built book Locost with questionable welding masquerading as Rh 2b. The original car looks to have been of equal pee poor quality
looking at the mot history

The 2009 mot has this carefully worded advisory "build quality very poor" (that is a direct C+P) and consistent mentions of poor wiring
over the years.
Think something to avoid at that sort of money. looks like there is a nice collection of bits though.

A very misleading ad that. Claiming it to have passed the IVA but in reality just stealing the identity of another car so as to increase the value.

It looks like he's cut out the scuttle, certainly the windscreen frame, lots of the monocoque in front of the the rear wheels and a cross brace
behind the seats, but still says....
