Aha!
Was this the engine that was on ebay last week? (or the one mentioned in the same listing for the buy-it-now price of £650.)
I got pipped to the post on these as I was in work and unable to counter-bid when the auction ended! (just like to know who my rivals were!)
Anyway, from speaking to the guy during the auction (andy) I was well impressed with his knowledge of blade engines and how willing and enthusiastic he was to give advice on fitting them for car applications.
I believe he's a three times British sidecar champion and certainly seems to know his onions!
In fact, I was that impressed that I've ordered the same pre'95 blade engine package as yours - allbeit for the higher price of £800 - though this is for one without damaged casings. I've also asked him to move the sump plug onto the side of the sump. (should be ready by the end of next week.)
Kev, are you pleased with your engine and did you pick up it up in person? Were you impressed with his set-up? (i'm having mine delivered as I'm down the other end of the country.)
He also offers dry-sumping and accu(? - I hope I spelt that right!) sumping as well as packages for the 919's, 929's and 954's. (you didn't fancy one of his 187bhp 954 full race engines then? - a mere £6000!)

Regards,
Andy.

Yes it was the one of ebay

I wanted the pre 95 engine for SVA reasons

Yes I picked it up myself .I was Impressed,he broke his back 3 years ago and can not race at same level anymore ,he used blade engines and rebult them himself an its all he knows so he set up AB Perfomance

He can also do CNC m/cend billet sumps for about £200
