Help with a cat problem on a Hyundia Coupe
My sister in law bought 98 2lt Hyundai a year ago and its given her a load of ****.
The latest trouble is the cat thats died and a ripoff merchant who wants 900 quid to fix it
Has any one bought a cat from http://www.cats-direct-shop.co.uk.

not sure about scotland? but try your nearesy motorway tyre xhaust centre or national tyres. they can supply a universal cat + lambds sensor
fitted in the region of 140. beer tokens hope this helps martin

Your local Timax parts supplier should also be able to help.
Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.

I don't know how the Hyundai is set up but most places recommend a new front pipe at the same time. It's easier than trying to save the
old one and you don't clog the cat up with bits of rust and old carbon before it gets warmed up.
