Blade plumbing and Polo rad

Hi all,
I'm about to start plumbing in my 893cc blade engine and a polo rad.
Has anyone used this combination and if so, can you give me pointers on which outlets on the engine and rad connect to each other? (a schematic diagram would be great.)
Also, is there a particular header tank that is considered better for use in a BEC than others?
I was considering using a Westfield one (as in photo.) What's the general consensus of opinion?
