Yup, either electric reverse usually using a starter motor and a ring gear on the prop / diff somewhere, or a mechanical reverse box that sits in the transmission tunnel inbetween two short propshafts, or you get out and push.
Pushing isnt as bad as it sounds, with such a light car its easy enough to push and if you plan ahead and park in suitable spots, you rarely actually need to reverse out again, either by parking in places you can drive out of again, or parking on inclines so you can naturally roll backwards to get out again.

You carefully plan where you are going to park so's you don't have to reverse! Other than that - passenger push's

Or you could rig up a chainsaw head (centrifugal clutch built in) and run the starter cord up to the pull handle in the cabin using a few light weight yaght-type sheaves.
Just imagine the looks when you WING-DING-DING-DING..WING-DING-DING-DING..WING-DING-DING-DING..WING-DING-DING-DING your way out of the pub car park.

Cheers, Rorty.
