Mayo?

This is the inside of the clutch cover of my ZX9 engine which (after my accident) was stored for 2 years. Boggo Halfords bike oil to run it in for a while before going to proper stuff.
The oil in the sump was fine and there's no oil in the water. Levels never changed.
It's only because the clutch release arm has broken that I had to take the cover off.

Should this amount of mayo be worrying?
Could it have been caused by any condensation in the engine whilst it was stored?
How worried should I be?

Thanks!
At least when the new clutch arm (finally) arrives I can put it back together without worrying

Cheers and thanks again
