Catalyer for carbed BEC
I'm using a '98 R1 & will have to fit a cat for SVA (and possibly future MOTs) I'm quite taken with the look of some I've seen
on fleabay - stainless shells, circular cross section, originally from "custom chrome racing" whoever they are.
Has anyone seen/ used these things, are they proper 3 way cats?
Thanks
Bob

This is what I'm gonna use for SVA etc.
Was a Jag one and I've had cones welded on each end.

Yes I've used one But NOT on a BEC and NOT with carbs.
LOOK
Passed emissions on SVA
<0.45 at Idle and <0.3 at 2500 - 3000
Worked fine on Injected Zetec.

Thanks guys,
tks - no answer from the fleabay contact yet - not even diameter of pipes!!!
The jag one looks much better than most stock cats - I'll have to keep my eyes open for one of them.....
