There's no way your car weighs that much either, more like 410/460lbs (or 460kgs total)

bear in mind the front / rear axle weights are the total weight of the car pivoting on the no weighed suspension - so a proportion of the car is
weighed twice.

Sheer quality.
I can see you have good taste (she's probably wasted on you though!)(only joking)
I wasn't at harewood on Sunday - first one I've missed this year. There were a couple of indys entered apparently so I'll be
interested to see their time when the results get posted.
Cheers

Mark, i got a 68.64 as my best run.
Kurt in the other indy didnt manage a full timed run as his RHS lower wishbone snapped under braking into farmhouse bend
just a visit to the gravel and no harm done
479 Kilos BTW with half a tank of fuel

so when i weighted my car with 2 scales from work (huge things for weighting the truck chassis at work) by putting them under the front then at the
rear isnt as easy as just adding the results?
so my car maybe lighter than i first thought?
anyhow, i 'think' mine is 566Kg with 1/4 of fuel.
Sorry about my spelling, im an engineer and only work in numbers.

Hi Paul,
You need to do a bit more to beat me yet errr about 8 hundredths of a second should do it though!
Sorry to hear about Kurt - I had a wishbone problem a couple of meetings ago - mind you I think that was caused by the landing after spending a short
time in the air at orchard corner
Sorry I couldn't make it it would have been good to catch up with you there
Cheers

as long as the car is kept level adding the 2 weights does equal the total weight. it is only if you start tilting the car by lifting one end on the
scales that the maths goes wrong..... It's all basic moments.....
(put rear wheels on blocks so they are the same height as the fronts on scales and then the other way round, or better still weigh both ends at once)
